America’s only major film festival for historical documentaries is returning for our second annual event March 11th -14th, 2027 in Savannah, GA. With presenting sponsorship from The Better Angels Society, we will again offer exclusive screenings of top-tier films, with Emmy, Peabody, and Oscar-winning filmmakers in attendance.
Screenings will take place in the heart of historic downtown at the Otis S. Johnson, Ph.D. Cultural Arts Center and the Savannah History Museum. Social events, panel discussions and history tours will be held at multiple venues within walking distance, and satellite screenings at other venues around Savannah will be announced as the festival approaches.
Early Bird Passes will go on sale in December. Regular VIP Passes and individual tickets will go on sale when we announce our full program in early February 2027.
